ORDERS

No, it is not required to create an account to place an order. However, registration gives you additional possibilities, such as access to your purchase history or faster information about promotions.

If your order has not yet been sorted or shipped, we can still adjust your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with this request.

Once you place the order, you will receive email with its confirmation. After your order is shipped, you will receive another email with Track & Trace link (when the delivery method allows it) or with estimated time of delivery.

Yes, you can place your order 24/7, but please be aware, that we will process your order made after working hours on the next working day.

PAYMENTS

Currently, you can pay by: iDeal, Bancontact, Giropay and Bank transfer.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

stating your first name and last name used in the order and the order number. Failure to do so can affect processing your order.

Payment must be made in full within one day after the order day.

After the payment is posted, the order will be prepared for sending. You will receive the notification with order tracking number.

To speed up processing order you can email us with proof of your payment with the order number on the title. We reserve the right to reject a proof of payment.

If you purchase a product via our website, you will be charged in Euro.

SHIPPING

We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please email us with this request as soon as possible.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays.

Orders within Netherlands are mostly delivered within 1 day. Standard shipping time for other countries is 1-7 business days.

Please note that these are only indications provided by our delivery partners and they may be changed due the reasons beyond our control.

Within Netherlands, you pay a small contribution to the shipping cost of 5,95EUR. For the orders above 45EUR, you pay no delivery costs!

We do our very best to deliver your order complete and in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it is good to check this. Please check carefully whether all ordered products are delivered, are damage free and show no defects. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days after receiving the package.

RETURNS

You can return the products you bought on our website within 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and accepted, the reimbursement or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

3. Include all items to be returned in the return shipment.
4. Make sure that the package is well packed so that it arrives to us in good condition.
5. Send the package to us.
