RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Progress Shop Amsterdam.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
You are entitled to make a returns within a period of 14 days after receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
REQUESTING RETURN
In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by sending us an email with your order number to shop@progress-sport.com. You will receive email back with the instruction to follow in order to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you in this email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, they must be:
- purchased in our shop in the last 14 days
- in the original packaging
- originally sealed and unopened (in case of supplements)
- returned in its original condition, in its original packaging, with not removed labels/cards, not used, with any sign of using/wearing (in case of sportswear/accessories)
In case of purchasing products that are offered at a discounted rate, compared to buying each item individually, or with complementary products added to your order, you are required to return all the products from that order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should take care of proper packaging the product that is sent to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or lost in return shipment.
