SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our products are delivered throughout the Netherlands and to selected countries in Europe. When placing an order, the shipping cost is added to the total amount of the order.
We make every effort to deliver you our products as soon as possible. This is why orders made before 15:00 we prepare and ship the same day.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN NETHERLANDS
Within the Netherland packages are generally delivered the next day (excluding weekends).
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package can be delivered to the neighbours. If this will be not possible, your package will be brought to a nearby parcel point. You can check where is your package via Track & Trace code.
FREE DELIVERY IN AMSTERDAM
For a limited time only we also offer free delivery service for orders in Amsterdam area with postal codes: 1011-1019; 1021-1025; 1031-1037; 1041-1047; 1051-1079; 1081-1083; 1086-1087; 1090-1099; 1101-1108; 1111-1115. Free Shipping Amsterdam option will be enabled after entering the address with postal code.
When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with a date and estimated time of delivery. If you are not home at that time, please contact us, so we can reschedule the delivery.
